Environmental Investigations

Bandera County River Authority and Groundwater District (BCRAGD) serves as a first responder in cases of possible surface water and groundwater pollution or contamination. BCRAGD investigates and identifies potential problems and refers them to outside agencies if needed.

Illegal Dumping Rules

These Rules are promulgated to make and enforce rules to provide for the protection and preservation of the water quality and the preservation and conservation of natural resources within the District under the authority given by Chapter 51.121 and 51.127 of the Texas Water Code. These rules shall be enforced for the benefit of the health, safety, and welfare of the general public.
